Members
Members provide the strategic leadership for LCHS. A summary of responsibilities and benefits as a Member are:
- Directing current LCHS actions and planning for the future.
- Attending quarterly (minimum) meetings, giving input, and voting on decision items (one vote per paid membership).
- Being subject to service on Board and Executive Committee.
- Being subject to serve on or chair other Board designated committees.
- Helping to solicit major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and Corporate Friends.
- Volunteering as capable.
- Contributing in line with greater responsibility for strategic direction of the organization.

Benefactor $2,500
Senior (60+) $100
Youth (under 18) $20
(LCHS foster homes that have kept one or more animals for three or more months in the previous year receive a $100 credit on Membership contribution.)
LCHS is committed to a set of ethical financial stewardship standards for the LCHS Board, Members, and Volunteers. The Board wants everyone to understand and feel proud of the standards set and being upheld. Joining as a Member obligates individuals to understand, accept and adhere to the Member Code of Ethics.
