You are in for some “Dog Gone” good fun at our 14th Annual Ladies Night on Thursday, May 27th. Please help us to make Ladies Night a success for our four-legged friends at LCHS! Mark your calendars to get your tickets! Bring your generosity & tip dollars for the dogs. $25.00 ticket includes: *Souvenir Wine Glass * Shopping galore & fun * Massage * Disc Jockey * Silent auction * PhotoBus *Trolley Shuttle from Basehor High School Parking Lot. * $5 food truck coupon to be used at one of three food trucks (There is no cash back on coupons and any amount spent over $5 is the responsibility of the purchaser) * Door Prizes (MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. enter name, address, email, phone on your entry ticket at gate. HINT: do this before you arrive!) This is the conﬁrmation ticket you will receive and print out when you make your online ticket purchase. You must print out your tickets as this is your entry ticket. Your $5 food truck coupon will be given to you at the entrance with your souvenir wine glass. Food truck coupons cannot be duplicated or replaced or scanned.
Call and Facebook your friends, moms, sisters, Bunko groups, book clubs, or any gals you know who need a night of their own. Select a bottle of your favorite Holy-Field Wine (wine sold separate and no wine tastings are available during event) and visit, shop and discover one-of-a-kind vendors at the outdoor market areas. You can enjoy a massage, fashion, jewelry, art and more! Shop ‘til you drop. The silent auction is always jam-packed with exciting items and the thrill of being the winning bidder beneﬁts you and LCHS! We’ve been working since January on auction donations. Silent auction donations are needed! Do you have a business/ service or work for a store/company that would be willing to make a donation to our silent auction? This is an opportunity for businesses to give back and reach a core group of people (ladies) who are responsible for purchasing decisions. Attendees are encouraged to bring a donation. Paper towels, liquid laundry detergent, fabric softener sheets, bleach, paper towels, Simple Green, Clorox Cleanup, Dawn dish soap, white copy paper and forever stamps are always helpful and in demand.
Due to space limitations, we sell a limited number of tickets. Tickets are sold on a first-come basis, and to be fair to everyone, tickets will be available beginning Thursday, May 6th at 10 am. Each online ticket purchaser will be limited to 10 tickets. Please plan ahead and have your ticket buyer ready, especially if you have a large group to purchase for. Tickets must be purchased ONLINE only, or in-person (WE WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR ONLINE TICKET). Please note that if we help you in person at the winery; we are going online to make the purchase, just like all other buyers. We do not have a “backdoor” or early access to tickets. Trolley shuttle to Holy-Field from parking at the Basehor High School (Southernmost area, enter off of Parallel). The trolley is provided for your safety. Masks should be worn on the trolley. Please do not park and walk. NOTE: Absolutely No parking or “drop-offs” at the winery. “Drop-offs” should be dropped off at the high school parking lot and take the trolley to the event. This is for your safety. Winery parking is limited to vendors with a parking pass and handicapped. TICKETS REQUIRED. NOTE: The rain date for this event is Thursday, June 3rd, 2021.
