Golden Days & Forever Homes: August Adoption Photos

August was full of wagging tails, purrs, and happy goodbyes as many of our shelter pets found their forever families! We’re so grateful to every adopter who opened their heart and home this month!

We’re also excited to share something new that started this month, which is our Hero Adopter Program! This special program gives adopters the opportunity to make an additional donation at the time of adoption. While they are giving the greatest gift of all to a pet in need by bringing them home, they can also give a gift to the next pet waiting for their own happy ending by supporting their care during their stay in the shelter!

That being said, we want to give a huge THANK YOU to Scallywag’s Family, Karma’s Family, Connections & Wordle’s Family, Brady’s Family, and Mac’s Family for being Hero Adopters this August! Thank you for going the extra mile to help even more animals in need. Because of you, another dog or cat will have the chance to heal, grow, and find a loving home like the ones you are offering to your new furry family members!
