May we introduce… a whole lot of happy tails from the month of May! So many happy faces and fresh starts all in one month! This month was extra super special because Blu, Irina, and Ludo, three dogs that have each been in our care for over a year, finally got to go home! After the time spent waiting and loving them during their stay here at the shelter, getting to see them walk out the door with their forever families made our human hearts so happy. This girl was found on May 19th in a hayfield off of Kreider Road and 166th in Leavenworth County before being surrendered to us today. This handsome fella was found on 131st Street between McIntyre and Marxen Roads in Leavenworth County on Friday (5/22) before coming to us today (5/26). He is microchipped but is reported to have been rehomed. FOUND DOG - 4.24.26 - Lansing, KS.
This little one was brought to us just around 4:40PM on 4/24. The finder claimed to have picked her up in the area of K-7 and McIntyre, but fled the property before completing the intake paperwork. They have a spay/neuter tattoo but are not microchipped.
