For years, this community has stood beside us – supporting our mission with compassion, generosity and hope. As we continue building a more sustainable foundation for the animals in our care, we’re asking you to walk with us into the future.

Thanks to all of you, 2026 is off to a strong start. So far, we've celebrated a record number of adoptions and revamped our volunteer program. We’re launching a community pet food pantry to assist families in need. Local companies will soon be at work, improving our facilities, creating a better, safer environment for the animals, staff, volunteers and visitors.

While we're incredibly proud of the progress we've made, rising costs continue to impact our work. Increases in veterinary care, utilities, fuel, food, and shelter supplies mean that every day operations cost even more than they did just last year. And as demand for our services grows, so does the need for reliable, sustainable support.

When animals arrive at our shelter, they almost always need more than a full belly and a roof over their heads. Quite often they need urgent medical care, patience, comfort, and someone willing to believe in them. Your support helps provide all of that – and second chances that change lives.

With $10 we can feed a dog for a week or a cat for two weeks. $50 provides parasite treatment and food for a new puppy or kitten for two weeks. Your gift of $100 provides the testing, vaccinations and microchip that a dog or cat needs before adoption. $200 provides compassionate bi-weekly skilled care, exercise and enrichment for dogs and cats.
