The biggest leg of Ferdinand’s journey to California has officially been accomplished! This morning we woke up in Texas, drove alllll the way through New Mexico, and now we are resting our paws and heads in Arizona for tonight. After dinner he got to go sight seeing at Cadillac Ranch and even roll in Texas dirt! Now, we’re all snuggled up for the night. Ferdinand came to us in October of 2024 after being found as a stray in Leavenworth County and has spent about a year in our program at the U.S. Penitentiary.
